A BindTuning Workspace is a unique combination of three essential elements:

  • A Licensed BindTuning Account: your user account with BindTuning;

  • A Tenant Domain: your Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online environment where BindTuning solutions will be applied;

  • A Microsoft 365 email address: Email is linked to your tenant domain and helps identify your workspace.

During the BindTuning account creation, it will be automatically created a default workspace.

Creating a second Workspace

  1. Log in to your account in the BindTuning App;

  2. Click your Avatar in the upper right corner of the screen

  3. Tap the "+ Add Workspace" option;

  4. Log in to your tenant account.

Leaving a Workspace

Individual members can choose to leave a workspace they are part of.

  1. Log in to your account in the BindTuning App.

  2. Click your Avatar in the upper right corner of the screen

  3. Select the workspace you want to leave

  4. Go back to your Avatar > Click "Workspace Settings"

  5. Click "Leave Workspace" > Confirm your decision on the pop-up window.

Understanding BindTuning's Multi-Tenant Capabilities

BindTuning is designed to be multi-tenant, offering you the flexibility to manage products across various SharePoint environments. This means you can create several distinct workspaces, each associated with a different SharePoint Tenant domain.

This capability is ideal for organizations managing multiple SharePoint environments or for partners who need to manage client workspaces separately.

Important: BindTuning Licenses are sold per Tenant. Creating BindTuning Workspaces with the same Tenant Domain will automatically inherit the BindTuning license.
