Add or remove members from a workspace

This guide explains how to add (invite) and remove members from your BindTuning workspace, allowing them to collaborate on your projects under your workspace license subscription.

Prerequisites: You must be an Owner or an Admin of the workspace to add or remove members.


Adding/Inviting Members

To invite new members to your workspace:

  1. Click your avatar, and select Workspace Settings > Members.

  2. Click the "Add Members" button or the "+ Add Member" link.

  3. In the pop-up window, enter the email address of the user to invite.

  4. Specify the role you wish to assign to the new member.

  5. Click "Send Invitation" to invite.

Invited Member Experience

Invited users will receive an email notification containing instructions on how to accept the invitation and access the workspace.


Removing Members

To remove members from your workspace:

  1. Click your avatar, and select Workspace Settings > Members.

  2. Click the Trash Can icon next to the user you wish to remove from your workspace.

  3. Click the "Remove member" button to finalize the removal.
