Pulse365 Release – October 2026

Written by BindTuning Team

This release helps Microsoft 365 administrators spot what needs attention sooner and act without losing time to manual navigation. New SharePoint views make classic content easier to find, a clearer rapid-growth metric brings unusual storage changes into focus, and report actions are available more consistently. Imagine discovering which sites still rely on classic pages, identifying a sudden storage increase and opening the right investigation details in just a few clicks. Now, Pulse365 gives you a clearer path from insight to action so you can prioritize modernization work, focus on the right sites and move forward with confidence.

Review classic SharePoint sites and pages

Pulse365 introduces a new reporting view inside the “SharePoint sites” report to help administrators understand where classic content remains and decide what action to take. By selecting “Sites with classic pages”, administrators will have a clear picture of sites that still contain classic pages, helping them prioritize work, identify content that can remain read-only and build a practical, phased migration plan. Administrators can drilldown further on these reports applying filters, including “Created: Last X days”. This highlights recently created sites containing classic pages, making it easier to identify who is creating them, understand the business context and address recurring patterns before they expand.

Identify rapid SharePoint storage growth

The refined rapid growth metric shows the count of sites whose storage usage increased by more than 10% compared with the previous week, as of the latest scan. This helps administrators quickly identify unusual growth and focus their investigation on the sites most likely to require attention. In the SharePoint Storage report, administrators can now open each site’s SharePoint Storage Metrics page directly from its storage value. This provides access to detailed storage information without manually navigating through SharePoint.

Access report actions consistently

Actions (archive, apply sensitivity label, add owners, etc) are now visible whenever administrators select report lines, regardless of filters and views selected. Previously, some actions only became visible after switching views or applying specific filters.

Archive remains available only from the Workspaces report because it applies to the complete Microsoft 365 workspace rather than an individual workload.

With this release, the signals that matter are easier to understand, and the next step is easier to take. Whether you are planning a phased move away from classic SharePoint pages, investigating unexpected storage growth or managing a workspace, Pulse365 helps you spend less time searching and more time making informed decisions. We’re continuing to make Microsoft 365 oversight clearer, more connected and easier to act on. Each improvement brings us closer to a simpler experience where administrators can see what is changing, understand why it matters and keep their digital workplace moving in the right direction.
