This release gives Pulse365 administrators two practical ways to manage SharePoint sites more efficiently: applying an approved theme to several sites in one action and seeing which sites have restricted content discovery or site access directly in the SharePoint Sites report. Imagine finding a group of sites that no longer follow your organization's branding standards. You can now select them, choose an approved Brand Center palette and update them together, rather than correcting each site individually. The new reporting data also makes restricted sites easier to find, filter and export, giving IT teams a clearer view of controls that affect access, organization-wide search and Microsoft 365 Copilot discovery.
Apply approved themes to multiple SharePoint sites at once
Administrators can now apply approved themes to multiple SharePoint sites at once, helping them bring non-compliant sites back in line with organizational branding standards in just a few clicks. This builds on the site report filters introduced in the previous release, which make it easier to identify the sites that need attention.
Apply a theme to selected sites
Select one or more sites that are not using an approved theme to open the theme selection panel. The panel shows every available Brand Center palette, with a visual preview and the number of sites currently using each theme. Choose an approved palette and select Apply to update all selected sites at once, instead of changing each site individually.
See the updated branding status
After the theme is applied, Pulse365 recalculates each site's Branding Status so administrators can immediately review the updated compliance coverage and Integrity Score.
Find SharePoint sites with restricted content discovery or restricted site access
Administrators can now see Restricted Content Discovery and Restricted Site Access settings in the SharePoint Sites report, making it easier to identify sites with restricted Copilot visibility or user access. These settings are exclusively available when the tenant is licensed for SharePoint Advanced Management. Use the cards at the top of the SharePoint Sites report to open dedicated views for Sites with Restricted Content Discovery or Sites with Restricted Site Access, enabling two new columns “Restricted Content Discovery” and “Restricted Site Access”.Standard report filters can then be used to narrow the results. Restricted Content Discovery and Restricted Site Access values are also included in exported reports.
This release reduces the effort required to keep SharePoint sites consistent and understand where discovery or access is restricted. Bulk theme application turns reporting into a direct action, while the new report data, views and export support make it easier to review restricted sites without checking them one by one. Together, these changes make everyday SharePoint governance more visible, practical and predictable.
