Pulse365 Release – July 2026

Written by BindTuning Team

This release extends Pulse365’s visibility into Viva Engage activity with new engagement metrics. Administrators can now see Views, Unique Viewers, and Reactions for each community over the last 30 days directly in the Engage report, bringing activity signals that were previously unavailable.

For teams responsible for employee communications, adoption, and Microsoft 365 governance, this makes it easier to identify which communities are active, where conversations are gaining attention, and which areas may need follow-up.

This enhancement was shaped by customer and partner feedback, reflecting a clear need for greater visibility into Viva Engage adoption and its role within a broader Microsoft 365 communication strategy. Because the new metrics sit alongside existing Engage data and can be sorted in the report, customers can move more quickly from observation to comparison without exporting or manually reconciling separate sources of information.

Measure community engagement in Viva Engage

Understanding how employees engage with Viva Engage communities is essential for evaluating adoption and identifying where conversations are thriving. Pulse365 now provides additional engagement metrics for each Viva Engage community, including Views, Unique Viewers, and Reactions over the last 30 days. These new insights help administrators and communications teams better understand community activity and measure engagement across their organization. The new metrics are integrated directly into the Engage report, making it easy to compare community performance alongside existing information. They can also be sorted to quickly identify the most active communities and better understand where employees are engaging the most.

Updated Engage report highlighting the new engagement metrics columns

Overall, the July 2026 release makes the Engage report more useful for customers who need to understand Viva Engage adoption at community level. By adding engagement metrics that are visible, sortable, and available in context, Pulse365 gives administrators and communications teams a clearer view of how communities are being used and where engagement is strongest.
