Pulse365 Release - February 2026

Updated over a week ago

Imagine a governance experience where trust isn't something you verify, but instead, it’s something you wake up to. That’s the core of the February release for Pulse365.

By shifting from manual intervention to intelligent automation, we’re ensuring that the data you see reflects your Microsoft 365 environment in real-time. We want IT teams to move past the "refresh and wait" cycle and step into a Monday morning where insights are already waiting for them, accurate and ready for action.

We’ve also eliminated the fragmentation of guest reporting. By unifying how guest access is tracked across Teams, Groups, and SharePoint, we’re helping you shrink blind spots and have clearer, data-backed conversations with stakeholders.

Governance is no longer about validating numbers; it’s about steering your digital workplace with total confidence.

The result is a more dependable governance rhythm: less time spent on data entry, more time spent on security, and a dashboard that stays as current as your organization.

Automated scans & unified guest visibility

Directly rely on your governance data without the need for manual refreshes or complex reconciliation.

Guaranteed daily updates

Pulse365 now automatically triggers a full environment re-scan every 24 hours, perfectly synchronized with your initial scan time. This automation ensures your reports stay fresh and predictable, maintaining high-level compliance without a single manual click.

Optimized performance logic

We’ve sharpened the underlying data retrieval engine. This improved re-scan logic handles massive data sets more efficiently, ensuring that even the largest environments maintain high data integrity without sacrificing speed or performance.

Comprehensive guest reporting

We’ve refined our reporting logic to provide a single, unified view of external access across your entire workspace.

  • Unified guest column: To remove noise and prevent data fragmentation, all guests—whether they reside in a Team, an underlying Group, or a SharePoint Site—are now consolidated into one clear "Guests" column.

  • Total resource counting: Previously, reporting focused primarily on the main entity. We’ve expanded this logic to include all nested guests. If a SharePoint Site has guests that the parent Team does not, Pulse365 will now correctly reflect that total count, ensuring no guest goes unmonitored.

  • High-Precision logic: This update mirrors our "Owner vs. Site Owner" distinction, bringing a new level of granular accuracy to how you track external participation in your environment.
