Pulse365 Release - January 2026

Updated over a week ago

Imagine a governance experience where the most important actions - fixing ownership gaps, tightening sharing settings, understanding workspace lifecycle trends - happen right where the insight appears. That’s the heart of the new Pulse365 release.

By bringing remediation directly into reports, we’re helping IT teams move from “I found a problem” to “I solved it” without switching tools or losing momentum. This makes a real difference for organizations dealing with workspace sprawl or staff turnover: orphaned sites get owners again, risky sharing permissions shrink fast, and governance stops feeling like a fire drill.

We’ve also sharpened the way insights surface, so teams spend less time filtering noise and more time acting on what matters. Cleaner reports and smarter chart interactions help customers visualize patterns - like a sudden rise in workspace extension or a drop in activity - before those changes become risks.

The result is a more confident governance rhythm: faster decisions, clearer priorities, and a digital workplace that feels easier to steer, even on a scale.

Add owners & change sharing settings

Directly manage workspace compliance without leaving the Pulse365 interface.

Add owners to orphaned workspaces

Administrators can now select orphaned workspaces—individually or in bulk—to assign new owners via a streamlined confirmation modal, ensuring continued compliance with governance policies.

Change sharing settings

Empower admins to adjust external sharing settings for SharePoint sites (e.g., transitioning from "Anyone" to "Only people in your organization") directly within Pulse365 to reduce remediation time.

Unified action experience

Action icons across all reports now follow an enhanced, consistent behavior, supported by a new standardized modal structure that removes unnecessary messaging for a clearer user experience.

Workspaces extended & membership requests

We’ve extended our reporting logic to provide clearer data with less noise.

  • Workspaces Extended/Renewed: A new dedicated report and drill-down view show the evolution of renewed or extended sites over time via a detailed trend line.

  • Sites with Membership Requests Pending: This report focuses on all SharePoint sites with pending membership requests.

  • Cleaned Lifecycle & Activity Reports: Reports have been decluttered by removing redundant columns like "isOrphaned," "owners," and "members," focusing instead on core activity metrics.

With these improvements, Pulse365 continues to evolve into a governance engine that not only highlights what needs attention but empowers you to resolve it instantly. Whether you're tackling ownership gaps, tightening sharing policies, or tracking lifecycle changes with greater clarity, this release helps you stay ahead of governance risks with confidence and speed.

If you haven’t yet, now is the perfect moment to run a free tenant scan and see these insights come alive in your own workspace.
