The Automation Runs History area allows tracking every single automation execution. It's crucial for understanding workflow performance, identifying trends, and quickly resolving any issues, ensuring your automated processes run smoothly and reliably. Regularly checking here can even help you optimize your workflows.

Runs History

To access the automation Runs History:

  1. Log in to the BindTuning App.

  2. Navigate to Automations from the left-hand menu.

  3. Click on the 'Runs history' tab.

From this view, you can:

  • Monitor overall run status: At the top, a series of snapshots provides immediate insight into the overall health and volume of your automated workflows. You can adjust the time frame for these metrics using the 'All time' filter.

  • Locate specific runs: Below the summary, a detailed list of individual automation runs is displayed. Use the search bar to quickly find runs by typing in relevant keywords, or apply filters to narrow down your list based on criteria such as Status or Data Source.

  • Review detailed run information: For a deeper dive into any specific automation run, click the 'Review' button next to it. This opens a detailed view providing comprehensive information, including the template provisioned, approval workflow details, and installation logs.
