Automate365 provides a personalized "Activity" dashboard that serves as your hub for tracking and managing your interactions with BindTuning products, including Intranet components and Automate365 workspace requests. This intuitive interface empowers you with transparency over your product engagements and provides a streamlined process for managing workspace approvals.
Accessing your Activity
To access your personal Activity:
Log in to the Automate365 App.
Locate your avatar (profile picture or initials) typically in the top-right corner of the application interface.
Locate the Activity icon right next to your Avatar. Click on this icon.

This action will open your Activity dashboard, presenting your relevant actions and requests categorized into separate tabs.
Important Context:
As BindTuning operates as a multi-tenant platform, the activity is specific to your actions and requests within your currently logged-in organization (tenant). If you manage or work across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants with BindTuning, this view will reflect the activity for the specific tenant you are currently accessing.
Understanding the Activity tabs
Your Activity dashboard is divided into two primary tabs, each providing a distinct view of your engagements:
Product Actions
The "Product Actions" tab offers a chronological record of your direct interactions with BindTuning products. Here, you can review:
Intranet Product Installation
Logs the installation of themes, web parts, and accessibility tool.Intranet Product Update
Records of when you've updated existing Intranet elements.Template Installation
Logs the installation of Automate365 templates into your environment.Template Generation
A log of templates you've published to a gallery or catalog.
Within this log, you will see various states such as "Ready to Install," "Installed," or "Error Occurred," offering clear visibility into the outcome of each action, as well as the progress status of your actions.
For a detailed view of any specific action, click on its corresponding line item. This will open a detailed log, providing insights into the process and its current status.
Requests
The "Requests" tab is dedicated to all activity related to workspace provisioning and approvals, offering an aggregated view of:
My workspace requests
All Microsoft 365 workspaces you have personally requested using Automate365 templates. You can track their status, from pending approval to successful provisioning, providing full visibility over your workspace creations.Requests requiring my approval
This crucial section is for users who have been designated as approvers for workspace requests. This is a list of all workspace requests initiated by others that require your review and approval. From this interface, you can:Approve: Grant permission for the workspace to be provisioned.
Reject: Deny the workspace request.
Comment: Add notes or provide feedback directly on the request.
