How to set up account notifications

Stay informed and in control with the Notifications settings. Customize what and where you receive updates for Company Updates, Product Notifications, and Account Security.

  • Company updates: Be part of our latest company announcements, new features, helpful tips, and our newsletter. Toggle off to stop receiving this content

  • Product notifications: Receive an email about completed deployments and the latest versions of your products. You can add as many people as required. Toggle off for everyone in the list to stop receiving this content.

  • Account security: Receive critical notifications to keep your account secure, such as password reset requests and multi-factor authentication prompts. You can add as many people as required. Toggle off for everyone in the list to stop receiving this content. Recommended for service or shared accounts

Managing Notification Recipients

By default, the account owner receives notifications. You can add or remove other users' emails to this form.

  1. Enter one or more new email addresses in the designated field.

  2. Click Save changes (top-right corner).

  3. The new user will receive an email invite to accept notification reception.

  4. Once accepted, their icon next to the email will change from grey to green, confirming they are set up to receive notifications.

Being part of multiple workspaces notification forms will not result in multiple emails with the same subject.
