Note: Access to the Intranet Dashboard requires an active BindTuning Intranet subscription or trial.
The BindTuning Intranet Dashboard is your central place to access real-time insights into your Intranet product usage. This article will walk you through accessing the dashboard and leveraging its insights into user engagement, content effectiveness, and product usage across your tenant.
To access your dashboard, follow these steps:
Sign in to the BindTuning App.
On the left-side menu bar, expand the "Intranet" tab.
Select "Dashboards".
Tenant Scan
A tenant scan must be performed to ensure the Intranet Dashboard is fully populated with accurate data reflecting your specific environment.
This scan securely retrieves and compiles essential information about your product deployments and usage, ensuring the Dashboard automatically displays relevant metrics and analytics.
Note: The duration of the tenant scan can vary based on the size and complexity of your SharePoint environment, including the number of site collections, sites, and deployed BindTuning solutions.
Dashboard sections
The Intranet Dashboard is organized into key sections to provide comprehensive insights on how your BindTuning products are being consumed.
Note: All metrics below will consider internal, external, and guest users' consumption to calculate the metrics.
User Engagement
This section allows you to monitor user engagement by providing data on:
Total Intranet Users:

Active Users refer to all Active Directory users who have logged in at least once during the past 30 days.
License Usage:
Displays the total number of unique users accessing pages where any BindTuning product is loading, compared to your purchased license seat limit over the last 365 days.

The total number of times pages containing at least one BindTuning product have been viewed in the last 90 days.
Users with Accessibility - Coming Soon Feature.
Most Visited Sites:

Intranet Use by Site Type:
The total number of sites using BindTuning products, categorized by their SharePoint site type (e.g., Team Site, Communication Site).
Content Consumption and Creation
This section provides key metrics that reflect both the availability of BindTuning products within your environment and how end-users interact with that content.
Intranet features used by Site:
Provides a historical overview of your Intranet adoption. It tracks the total number of sites in your environment alongside the number of sites actively using BindTuning Themes, Web Parts, Accessibility, and Teams Add-ons over time. This helps you monitor trends and the growth of your BindTuning solution's integration.
Making recurrent tenant assessments improves the accuracy of this graph.
