This release solves the following issues:
General CSS files optimization, removing duplicate lines
Form preppend and append styles fixed
Remove code that injected a select as mobile nav in IE7 and IE8 (not supported by absence of media queries)
Sharepoint submenus and toolbar icons were not displaying correctly
Sharepoint popups were displaying unnecessary scrollbars
Sharepoint ribbon height fixed (Metro only)
