How do I get an invoice for my BindTuning purchase?

To access your invoices and manage billing details:

  1. Ensure Billing Details are complete: First, verify your billing information in your account settings under the "Billing Details" tab: https://app.bindtuning.com/settings/workspace/billing

  2. Access Invoice History: You can download all your invoices immediately after purchase from the "Invoice History" tab on the same page: https://app.bindtuning.com/settings/workspace/billing

  3. Get a missing VAT Invoice: If a VAT invoice is missing, click the "Get VAT invoice" link next to the relevant purchase in your history. Your invoice will be emailed to you within 24 business hours.

For invoice alterations:

If you require corrections to an existing invoice, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Requester name

  • Company Name

  • Company's billing address and country

  • VAT ID (for European countries)

  • Date of the purchase

Important:

All invoice requests, including alterations, must be submitted within 2 weeks of purchase. We cannot issue formal invoices after this period.
