Payment methods and options

Accepted payment methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Bank Transfer (recommended)

IMPORTANT: Do NOT transfer funds without an active cart or an approved Purchase Order (PO).

  • For First-Time Purchases: Please create your order in the BindTuning App first, or submit a formal Purchase Order (PO). See "Purchase Orders" below for PO submission details.

  • For Renewals: Inform your Account Manager that you will be paying via bank transfer.​

Credit Card (5% processing fee)

  • To pay by credit card, contact your BindTuning point of contact (Sales Representative or Account Manager) to request a secure credit card payment link.


Purchase Orders (PO)

Purchase Orders are accepted with a 30-day payment deadline. Please submit your PO to [email protected] with the following information:

  • BindTuning account name/email

  • Item(s) to be purchased/renewed

  • PO number and attached PDF

  • Billing details: Name, Address, Country, VAT ID (if applicable)

Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation email, your invoice, and our banking information.

Next Steps: After your payment or PO is received, your BindTuning subscription will be active/renewed within 24 business hours.
